An impressive steak cut from the sirloin of the cow. It contains the sirloin steak and the fillet joined by a T-shaped bone. It delivers optimal tenderness and satisfying flavour all while managing to be a lean cut. Perfect for BBQing. Oil it well and cook on a high heat for delicious flame grilled flavour. Please note, that in order to cut these neatly, we may need to freeze them - especially during busy periods. Freezing prevents the bone dust from covering the steaks.
