STORE POLICY

Customer Care

Delivery: We offer a refund or replacement policy on all items within date but unsatisfactory within 7 days of receiving them. It is our responsibility to ensure that our products arrive to you in good condition. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us immediately by email. Include a photo of the products and ensure the packaging is clear for us to see. A detailed description of the reason the product is unsatisfactory is helpful for us to follow up the problem with our suppliers. We may ask you to send the products back for further investigation, free of charge.

Returns: We offer a refund or replacement policy on all items within date but unsatisfactory within 7 days of purchasing them. Items must be returned to the store within date for a refund. Without items, we will only offer a replacement if photographs are provided of unsatisfactory product with the label clearly showing the date.

Photography on our website

All props used in illustrating produce for our website are not included in our deliveries and are not included in the prices shown.

Whilst we do sell many of the fresh produce items illustrated (fruit, herbs, spices and vegetables) in our physical shop we do not offer all of these as delivery items at this point). Many of the Sauces, Jars and flavourings used as props in our photography are however for sale and delivery, please check our condiments section for these items.

Alas the little sheep and other props are ours and we are very fond of them so not for sale. Though if you ask Mom she may be able to tell you where they came from. 😊

Although we take every care to keep the size and thickness of each cut consistent, the piece you receive may not be exactly the same as the one photographed. In order to protect some items and keep everything as fresh as possible we use a vacuum pack bag and therefore, it might be a little compressed when it arrives. Once it’s opened and rested, it should ‘re-inflate’.
